It has a 21 MP full frame sensor, which is still considered sufficient. The EF-Mount offers probably the widest range of high quality lenses to choose from. It feels tough, handles quickly and delivers great-looking photos and video. Tracking a subject’s eyes at 15fps is a capability which the 5D Mark IV does not have. I only have an R6 ii, so not a direct comparison of R6 and R. I have a 5D iv and it is my second camera in events with a 70-200 2.8 (first Gen). For me the biggest benefit of R6 ii is the autofocus and video capabilities. 2BWEOl.
